Abstract: The article analyzes the priorities of “progressive capitalism” by Joseph E. Stiglitz and investigates the main conditions of its formation in Ukraine. The following problems are discussed: the strong influence of narratives of the eastern institutional matrix on the development of national economy and political system; unjustified differentiation of the interests of power, business, science and civil society; neglect of the scientific research and the need for institutional change by public authorities and local self-government bodies; high level of national markets monopolization; a strong link between economic power and political influence; legal nihilism and political apathy of the population. Expediency of implementing additional fifth priority, which foresees the use of innovative models, technologies and instruments for managing the intellect using and intellectualization of the national elite and human resources in general, is justified on the basis of the theoretical frameworks and practical recommendations, which were developed by Ukrainian scientists. Taking into account the results of the formation and development of the Presidential Personnel Reserve “New Elite of the Nation”, the authors have initiated the creation of the Laboratory of Intellectual Development for Empowering Regions (LIDER), which will implement a pilot project for the intellectual resources development in the Western region within the framework of the realization of the Ukrainian-Lithuanian program “Competence Development of Lithuanian and Ukrainian Public Sector Employees Using Design-Thinking Methodology”.

Abstract: Economic Development is the main aim for every country. Returning industry transfer (RIT) is a continuous cycle of developing industry and the economic growth. Through the returning industry transfer, the numbers of Institutional entrepreneurs increasing day by day. The basic aim of RIT is to strengthen the growth level of entrepreneurs who then drive more economic growth through their innovative strategies. Returning industry transfer has a positive influence on the growth of institutional entrepreneurs as the skills and capabilities of a traditional entrepreneur can be nurtured, promoted and cultivated with it. RIT is further associated with a number of beneficial outcomes such as higher production levels, skills and knowledge migration across industries, reduced costs, lowered poverty levels and improved entrepreneurial abilities. The objective of this study is to analyze the impact on rural revitalization through returning industry transfer. To do so, the paper considers factors like high technology, entrepreneur, poverty alleviation, rural revitalization. All these factors which result from RIT also have a broader economic impact in the form of long-term growth and development. Returning industry transfer is a driving factor to bring entrepreneurial innovation in an industry. Not only has this but it also enhanced the pace of rural revitalization, poverty reduction, economic development and growth.

Research on Tourism Satisfaction Improvement Under the Background of the Belt and Road Initiative: A Case Study of Zhanjiang

Abstract: Under the promotion and guidance of the national “Belt and Road Initiative”, tourism has become one of the important ways for communication between countries along the “Belt and Road”. It is a bridge connecting the economic development of cities in various countries. Zhanjiang is one of the first “One Belt, One Road” maritime cooperation fulcrum cities. It is the central city of North-Gulf City and has the reputation of “China Excellent Tourism City” and “Charming City with Chinese Characteristics”. Based on the five aspects of “eat, live, travel, sightseeing and purchase”, this paper collects the satisfaction data of Zhanjiang tourism by questionnaire survey, and uses IPA analysis method to analyze the tourism satisfaction of Zhanjiang. According to the analysis, the tourism satisfaction of Zhanjiang is relatively good, but there are still some places with low satisfaction, mainly in the areas of convenient transportation, catering service quality, scenic project and scenic facilities. Therefore, the author analyzes the importance and satisfaction of each quadrant, analyzes the causes of the differences according to the degree of distribution, and finally proposes targeted improvement measures for different factors and different importance-satisfaction to improve tourism satisfaction of Zhanjiang. So as to realize the healthy development of Zhanjiang tourism, and finally realize the effective improvement of Zhanjiang's economy.

Abstract: The topic of the paper is a law that has found its place and application in Germany, and in Croatia it comes in a different form: the Law on the Co-decision of Workers. The co-decision law directly influences German corporate culture. The paper will outline the Act itself, its division, its structure, some general facts about how, when and where it was published, when it came into force, then we will enter into the history of co-decision. Also, a link to the Croatian Labor Code and a part equivalent to German law will be shown. At the end of the paper, a survey on the quality of corporate governance in the Republic of Croatia is presented. The principles of corporate governance of the OECD are important for the successful development of corporate culture. We used scientific methods to produce the work: The historical method involves the process by which various documents can be used to find out what has happened in the past and the course and causes of a particular event, the inductive-deductive method is used in explaining established or discovering new insights and laws, proving the set points, testing hypotheses and predicting future events, and the comparative method involves the process of comparing facts and phenomena with a tendency to identify differences and similarities.
